Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Ketofiti account and all the personal and health data tied to it. This cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Ketofiti and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
By request
If you can't use the app, email support@ketofiti.com from the address on your account, or the phone number you registered, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted: your profile, weight, BMI, ketone, food, water, fasting and steps logs, goals, community posts, reminders, and contact details.
What we may keep briefly: limited transaction records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons, with health data removed.
