Ketofiti

Ketofiti keto course, day 34, weight

Weigh the Trend, Not the Day

One morning the scale says you gained a kilo overnight. Did you eat a whole cow? No. Your daily weight jumps up and down because of water, salt, that late plate of beans, and when you last visited the toilet. None of that is fat. Fat does not appear or vanish in one night. The trick is to look at the trend, not one number. Weigh yourself at the same time each morning, after the toilet, before chai, and write it in a notebook or your phone. After two weeks, look at the whole picture. Is the line slowly going down? Then you are winning, even if some days went up. Many people quit keto because one bad morning number discouraged them, when the two-week trend was actually falling nicely. Do not let a single day rob your motivation. Zoom out and trust the direction.

Takeaway. Your weight bounces daily from water and food, so only the two-week trend line tells you the truth about fat loss.
