Ketofiti

Ketofiti keto course, day 46, longterm

Listen to Your Body, Not Just the Scale

Your weight on the scale jumps around from water, salt and even a night of poor sleep. Do not let one heavy morning discourage you. Watch better signals instead. Are your clothes looser? Do you have steadier energy through the day instead of the 4pm crash? Are you less hungry between meals? These tell you more than a number. Also notice how specific foods treat you. Some people feel great on plenty of eggs and omena, others feel better with more vegetables like sukuma and cabbage. Pay attention and adjust. If something feels wrong beyond normal tiredness, for example dizziness that will not go away, chest issues, or you are managing diabetes, blood pressure or are pregnant, do not guess. Talk to a doctor before making big changes. Your body gives you feedback every day if you slow down and listen.

Takeaway. Trust how you feel and fit in your clothes more than one morning on the scale.
